s for excellence and knowledge. Its foundation was laid by Mr. Anant Jha in the Year 2008. Anant Jha is Graduated from Delhi University as B.COM (H), LL.B, Attorney IPR and Fellow member of ICSI. He believes the secret of getting ahead is getting started.

He has to his credit of having more than ten years industrial experience in the area of Corporate Laws, Capital Markets, Corporate Restructuring and Securities Laws, consultancy of corporate law practice and procedures, FEMA, RBI, IPR, Securities Laws, labour laws and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

He has expertise in corporate, taxation, industrial and economic laws applicable to company in general and has his exquisite Knowledge and own skills in dealing matters mainly indulge and related into Due Diligence, Audits, legal opinion, appears before the quasi-judicial bodies and various Government Departments of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, DGFT, Reserve Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges etc.
